A discount is a tricky thing.
Do it too often, and people won't really value you.
Don't do it enough, and they'll go somewhere else, that's cheaper.
So that's why you probably need to have a discount marketing strategy in place.
Particularly when you're on actual one to one calls with customers and they're asking you what kind of 'deal' you can do.
Tom tells us a story of one such conversation he had with a customer who was angling for a discount.
