Customer rapport is the key to success in any customer-facing role.

It’s what makes customers want to come back to you again and again.

And it’s something that you need to be constantly working on, no matter how good you are at it.

There are a few things you can do to make sure you’re building customer rapport.

And if you do them, it can act as a great marketing tool.

After all, there’s no better lead for sales than a recommendation and referral, is there?

And the only way to guarantee a recommendation, is by building that customer rapport!
